3. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are provided “as is.” You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for illegal activities, to generate harmful content, or to violate third-party rights.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAD AI is not liable for any damages arising from your use of cAItalyst™ or AI-generated content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
