MAD AI respects your privacy. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use mad-tech.ai or cAItalyst. It is a plain-language overview; engagement agreements may add specifics.
Depending on how you work with us, that may include:
• Contact details you send (name, email, phone, company, message)
• Project documents, code, and inputs you upload or share for a deployment
• Technical data needed for security and reliable delivery
• SMS opt-in details if you consent to informational texts (see SMS Opt-In)
We use your data only to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve services, and keep systems secure. Your data is never sold or used to train public AI models.
These pages are static. We do not run third-party ad trackers here. If you email or call, we use what you send only to respond and, if you choose, to scope a deployment.
Production assistants (voice, outreach, ops, intake, finance) follow the access and retention rules agreed for that engagement. Ask us for the agreement language that matches your stack.
We use industry-standard encryption and security practices appropriate to the services we deliver. Operational data remains private to your engagement.
